Our Access Bars Gifting and Receiving events are open to all Bars Practitioners and Bars Facilitators; anyone who has taken an Access Bars Class and knows how to run the Access Bars®. All ages are welcome. During this event you will be able to trade Bars with other Bars Practitioners in your area. It's a great place to get your Bars run and practice your new skill!
To ensure you have all the information you'll need prior to this event, please review all the information provided. Be sure to follow our parking instructions when attending this event!

BRINGING A MASSAGE TABLE OR GRAVITY CHAIR
When bringing a massage table or zero gravity chair you can pull up out front to unload your table or chair, and other items before parking. Please keep your wallet with you.
PARKING
Street parking is not allowed in the subdivision. You are welcome to drop off any items before parking. Please keep your wallet with you. Parking information below.
NO SHOE POLICY
When you arrive you will be asked to remove your shoes. Please bring socks to wear.

TRAVELING SOUTH ON LAS VEGAS BLVD
Take Las Vegas Blvd S to W Agate Ave, turn right. Continue on W Agate Ave and enter the subdivision. Make an immediate right on Kimo Street, 9023 is on the right; the northwest corner of Kimo Street and Dunstan Way. The address is posted near the garage. Turn left on Dustan Way, there are 2 guest parking spaces on Dustan Way, just past the 4th garage on the left. See parking below.

Street parking is not allowed in the subdivision. The closest parking is on Dustan Way, just past the 4th garage on the left. If those spaces are taken, there are 2 guest parking spaces at the end of Kimo Street, next to the brick wall. Map below
ADDITIONAL PARKING
Additional parking is available near the entrance of the subdivision next to the pool and across from the pool. It is a short walk from the pool to 9023 Kimo Street.
OVERFLOW PARKING
If parking is not available within the subdivision, there is overflow parking just outside the community entrance which is a short walk from our door.

When you arrive, proceed to the front door and ring the doorbell.

Day of Event
NO SHOE POLICY
We have a no shoe policy. When you arrive you will be asked to remove your shoes. Please bring a pair of socks to wear.
WHAT TO BRING
Wear comfortable clothing. Those who are attending to trade Bars, bring at least one pillow and one blanket; two pillows and two blankets are even better. Bring a massage table or zero gravity chair if you have one. If using the floor bring a yoga mat, cushion or extra blankets and pillows to sit/lay on the floor with. Bring a pair of socks and anything else you may require to be comfortable.
MASSAGE TABLE OR ZERO GRAVITY CHAIR
A limited number of massage tables and zero gravity chairs will be available for rent with advance booking, while supply lasts. Rental information below.
SNACKS
Snacks will be provided during event. You are also welcome to be your own.

There will be a limited number of massage tables available for rent with advanced booking, while supply lasts. If you wish to rent a table, we recommend you book your table as soon as you know you are attending an event. To reserve a massage table, book your rental here.

*Capacity is limited. Those who pre-pay will be given priority over those who do not. If we receive more registrants than we have room for, and you have not paid for the event, someone will contact you. Once capacity is reached we cannot accommodate walk-ins.
