Service Terms And Conditions

The following Service Terms and Conditions are set forth by Access Possibilities and are included in Section 5F of our Terms Of Service. By booking or receiving any service you agree to the following.

SECTION 5F – SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Service Terms and Conditions are set forth by Access Possibilities and apply to all services, including private sessions, performed by Julie D. Mayo, Access Possibilities and all subsidiaries, online, remotely or in person.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
All services require advanced payment. Once we receive your payment, we will contact you to book your appointment. If you prefer to schedule your appointment in advance, please contact us. Once your appointment is booked payment must be made within 24 hours or your booking will be forfeited.

NEW CLIENT PAPERWORK
New clients are to complete required paperwork online prior to their visit. In the event paperwork is not completed, client is to complete paperwork during their appointment; however this may shorten the time of service. Clients are to update us when any contact information has changed.

APPOINTMENTS
Be sure to arrive or be ready on time for all appointments. Arriving late may limit the time of your service and you will still be charged the full amount. If you are 15 minutes late or more and do not contact us, you will be considered a no show and you will be charged the full amount. Even though we estimate the amount of time a session may take, the body determines when a session is finished.

RESCHEDULING
Appointments rescheduled at least 48 hours before appointment will not incur any additional charge. In the case that the client abuses this privilege, additional charges may apply and is at the discretion of the practitioner.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to appointment will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations 48 hours or less prior to appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. All no shows will be charged the full amount of service, no exceptions.

TRIP FEES
Trip fees are to be paid in advance along with desired services. Mileage is calculated for the round trip from Access Possibilities to the client's service address and back via Google Maps. Mileage is rounded up to the nearest mile. Client is expected to be ready at time of appointment; if client is not ready this will shorten their time of service. Practitioner will do their best to arrive on time. In the event that practitioner is delayed due to unforeseen traffic or weather conditions, client will still receive a full session. Discovery Sessions are available in person or by phone; not by travel. All other terms apply.

SERVICE REFUND POLICY
All services are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason.

PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All packages are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. By accepting the terms and agreements, you have authorized Access Possibilities to charge your credit card for any unpaid charges set forth herein in accordance with the terms of the contract. All payments must be completed, even if client chooses not to complete package sessions. Package sessions must be completed within 90 Days. Complimentary rapid decision bonus only available to clients who return the enrollment agreement and down payment by 5 PM PT the day the offer is made. Package offer expires within 7 days or when client capacity is reached, whichever comes first.

CANCELLATIONS FOR PACKAGE SESSIONS
Cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged half of a session and will be deducted from package. All no shows will be charged a full session and will be deducted from package balance, no exceptions.

PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All programs are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. By accepting the terms and agreements, you have authorized Access Possibilities to charge your credit card for any unpaid charges set forth herein in accordance with the terms of the contract. All payments must be completed, even if client chooses not to complete program. Program must be completed within 90 days.
