On-Site First Responder Holistic Wellness Program | Access Possibilities

On-Site Wellness Program

Our Responder Holistic Wellness Program is designed to be performed on-site to reduce responder's time off work and for the convenience of the organization. Throughout their participation in the program we meet each responder where they are and address their needs on an individual basis. This allows each responder to progress on a timeline that works for them. Much of the work we do is one-on-one.

When we are working with multiple individuals at any given site some of the support and training we provide can be done in a group setting such as group facilitation. Providing such training in a group setting can often increase workplace comradery and team building within the group. During these group sessions each responder is learning individual skills that can also be used to support their fellow team mates who are also participating in the group. The group can be structured to include all interested individuals at that site, even if we are not working with them one-on-one.

If a responder has been hospitalized for any reason as in the case of an incident, accident, injury or surgery we can work with the individual during their hospital stay and recovery.

Program Advantages

Our Responder Holistic Wellness Program fosters a holistic approach designed to increase physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness by supporting the whole person physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, intellectually and spiritually.

We utilize holistic complementary therapies, techniques and facilitation that are compatible with and complement conventional or alternative treatments or therapy and have been found to increase the capacity and potency of other healing modalities. Our program can be used alongside any wellness program you may already have in place.

Prevention is our focus. Our program is designed to address work-related stressors before they accumulate and progress into anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and other health related issues. If any responder is experiencing such issues, we can work with them to resolve such issues and help prevent future occurrences. Our program offers on-site or in-house support to reduce or eliminate time off work.
