Access Possibilities Refund Policy

Returns
All refunds and exchanges are subject to approval and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If customer requests a refund before item(s) ship, there will be a 25% restocking fee. If customer orders the incorrect size or item, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, refund or exchange will not be issued. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, all approved items must be unused and in the same condition as received and must be returned in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Sales receipt must be included. Items are to be returned at customer's expense. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If there is a problem with your order or merchandise received, contact us immediately by email or contact us through our website. Do not return any merchandise, unless instructed to do so.
Non-Returnable Items:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
All custom orders, custom order fees, custom order charges, service fees, service charges, and labor charges are non-refundable.
Jewelry, Jewelry Findings, Beads, Clasps and all related jewelry items are exempt from being returned. See Terms of Service, Section 5D for Jewelry And Handcrafted Jewelry Terms and Conditions.
Fees for equipment rental including massage tables and zero gravity chairs are non-refundable. See Terms of Service, Section 5F for Event Terms and Conditions.
Sale items (items purchased on sale) are non-refundable.
Services including packages and programs are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. See Terms of Service, Section 5E for Service Terms and Conditions.
Events are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. See Terms of Service, Section 5F for Event Terms and Conditions.
Classes are non-transferable for any reason. Classes paid for in advance and cancelled prior to the start of class or are not attended are non-refundable. See below, and Terms of Service, Section 5G for Class Terms and Conditions.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Gifts (merchandise that was purchased and shipped to a non-billing address)
- Downloadable audio, video, pdf and digital products of any kind
- Books
- CD, DVD, or Cassette Tapes
- Essential Oils
- Jewelry, Jewelry Findings, Beads, Clasps and all related jewelry items.
- Jewelry stated to be the wrong size. Ordering the correct size is the customer's responsibility. Size exchange is not an option. Be sure to follow our Handcrafted Jewelry Sizing Instructions or Magnetic Link Jewelry Sizing Instructions before ordering such jewelry.
- Health and Personal Care products (including and not limited therapeutic handmade jewelry, gemstone jewelry, magnetic jewelry, neodymium magnets, biomagnets, crystals and crystal therapy products)
- Customized Items
- Custom Items
- Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, not in the original packaging, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to Access Possibilities
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for any reason.
Class Refund Policy:
Classes are non-transferable for any reason. You can cancel your class prior to the start of class and penalties may apply. There are no refunds for classes in which you have already had access to details to attend class. Classes which have deposits required or accommodations included are not fully refundable or transferable and fees may apply. A refund of a live class that has started and been attended by a customer is only possible if the class is an Access Consciousness class and is cancelled by lunchtime of Day 1. Refunds for live classes must be requested before lunch on the first day of class or within 4 hours from the start of class, whichever comes first. All class materials must be surrendered immediately to receive refund. There is a 25% refund fee applied to all class refunds. In addition, Bank fees, credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc., deducted from the refunded amount on the customer’s end are not refundable. See Terms of Service, Section 5H for Class Terms and Conditions.
Refunds (if applicable)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unless specifically instructed to do so by Access Possibilities.
Any item that is not returned within 30 days of delivery is not eligible for a refund.
Handcrafted Jewelry is not eligible for a refund.
Returning Merchandise
If instructed to return product to Access Possibilities, mail product to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed; a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If instructed by Access Possibilities to return your product directly to the manufacturer, Access Possibilities will provide the return shipping address.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for return of any item(s).
We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance if not included. Access Possibilities cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Depending on shipping address, time for exchanged product to reach you may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send us an email or contact us through our website.
Exchanges (if applicable)
To complete an approved exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, send us an email immediately or contact us and wait for instructions on how to proceed before returning your item.
Only Return Item If ALL The Following Applies:
- You have contacted us.
- You have received communication stating to return your item.
- Item is in new, un-worn condition and in original packaging.
- Item is returned with receipt or proof of purchase.
- Item is returned within 7 days of delivery to specified address.
- Email us shipping date, shipping carrier, and tracking number if available.
- Item meets all criteria above.
*Exchange is subject to approval. All policy conditions must be met to be approved. We reserve the right to refuse exchange.
Once received, Access Possibilities will inspect your items, if size exchange is approved, Access Possibilities, additional charges may apply including shipping the replacement item. Access Possibilities will send an invoice via email for the return shipping and handling charges, and the 25% restocking fee (if applicable).
Once the invoice is paid, your items will be shipped. Shipping notification will be sent via email. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise, exchanged, replaced or warranty items shipped pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Depending on shipping address, time for exchanged products to reach you may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
