This website is operated by Access Possibilities. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Access Possibilities. Access Possibilities offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
SECTION 1A – STORE HOURS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Access Possibilities' online store is available 24/7 for your shopping convenience. Access Possibilities will not be held liable for any down time beyond our control. Customer service hours are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, excluding holidays.
SECTION 1B – PHONE PAYMENTS
A 10% non-refundable convenience fee will be added to all orders and payments taken by phone.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities. These and all products and services are subject to return, exchange or exemption from refund according to our Refund Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 5A – DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Access Possibilities shipping rates start at $9.98 for packages shipped from our Nevada location to any U.S. address and increase depending on the item, size, weight and destination of each package. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail; however, there are some exceptions. Shipping and handling charges may vary for items not shipped directly from Access Possibilities; such will be stated in the product description. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site, and by invoice, phone or email, pass to the customer when merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. The same applies when shipping re-sized, repaired, replacement or warranty items. If there are additional shipping costs involved in correcting an order due to customer error or incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for any reason. During checkout, the customer will be responsible for entering a valid domestic U.S. postal address as the shipping address without using abbreviations not recognized by the United States Postal Service. If USPS package arrives damaged, contents are damaged or missing, package is lost, not delivered, or deemed non-deliverable for any reason, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the United States Postal Service.
SECTION 5B – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please Note: We are not shipping internationally at this time. Access Possibilities can ship to international locations, provided the shipping of such items are not restricted in that country and the customer pays the appropriate shipping and handling fees. If necessary, currency will be converted into USD. Shipping and handling charges may vary for items not shipped directly from Access Possibilities; such will be stated in the product description. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise, exchanged, re-sized, repaired, replaced or warranty items shipped pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Custom and import duties are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with the Customs office to verify whether the country to which shipping is requested permits the shipment of such products. Access Possibilities is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. Access Possibilities will not be held responsible for any packages held by or not allowed through customs.
SECTION 5C – SALES TAX
Access Possibilities will not collect sales tax for merchandise shipped from their California location to anywhere outside of the state of California. Access Possibilities will collect the current sales tax rate (based on our location) on merchandise shipped within the state of California. If your merchandise ships to a California address located within a district tax area, you are responsible for any additional district taxes that may be due.
SECTION 5D - JEWELRY AND HANDCRAFTED JEWELRY
The following Jewelry and Handcrafted Jewelry Terms and Conditions are set forth by Access Possibilities and apply to all jewelry, jewelry findings, beads, clasps and all related jewelry items sold by Access Possibilities and all handcrafted jewelry, including all gemstone and magnetic jewelry made by Access Possibilities.
All Jewelry, Jewelry Findings, Beads, Clasps and all related jewelry items are exempt from being returned.
HANDCRAFTED JEWELRY VARIATIONS
Due to the use of genuine gemstone beads individual pieces may vary. Due to variation in magnetic and gemstone bead style and sizes, and the process used to attach the magnetic clasp, handcrafted jewelry made by Access Possibilities may vary in length by up to 1/4 inch from the size ordered. When following our sizing instructions for bracelets, anklets and pet collars this will not be an issue.
HANDCRAFTED JEWELRY REFUND POLICY
Health and Personal Care products (including and not limited therapeutic handmade jewelry, gemstone jewelry, magnetic jewelry, crystals and crystal therapy products are non-returnable.
HANDCRAFTED JEWELRY SIZING INSTRUCTIONS
Handcrafted Jewelry Sizing Instructions are provided on the Access Possibilities website. It is the customers responsibility to follow provided instructions before ordering Handcrafted Gemstone Jewelry, Handcrafted Magnetite Jewelry from Access Possibilities that is to be worn as a bracelet, anklet or pet collar, or when ordering Magnetic Link Jewelry, or making Neodymium Magnetic Jewelry. Access Possibilities is not responsible when a customer orders the incorrect size of any jewelry.
SECTION 5E – SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Service Terms and Conditions are set forth by Access Possibilities and apply to all services, including private sessions, performed by Julie D. Mayo, Access Possibilities and all subsidiaries, by phone, online, remotely or in person.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
All services require advanced payment. Appointments can be booked online via our website. If you need assistance, contact us. If we book an appointment for you, an invoice will be sent via email that can be paid online. Payment must be received within 24 hours, or your booking will be forfeited. Once payment is received your booking is confirmed.
NEW CLIENT PAPERWORK
New clients are to complete required paperwork online prior to their visit. In the event paperwork is not completed, client is to complete paperwork during their appointment; however, this may shorten the time of service. Clients are to update us when any contact information has changed.
APPOINTMENTS
Be sure to arrive or be ready on time for all appointments. Arriving late may limit the time of your service and you will still be charged the full amount. If you are 15 minutes late or more and do not contact us, you will be considered a no show and you will be charged the full amount. Even though we estimate the amount of time a session may take, the body determines when a session is finished. These terms apply to all services including package and program appointments.
RESCHEDULING
Appointments rescheduled at least 48 hours before appointment will not incur any additional charge. In the case that the client abuses this privilege, additional charges may apply and is at the discretion of the practitioner. These terms apply to all services including package and program appointments.
TRIP FEES
Trip fees are to be paid in advance along with desired services. Mileage is calculated for the round trip from Access Possibilities to the client's service address and back via Google Maps. Mileage is rounded up to the nearest mile. Client is expected to be ready at time of appointment; if client is not ready this will shorten their time of service. Practitioner will do their best to arrive on time. In the event that practitioner is delayed due to unforeseen traffic or weather conditions, client will still receive a full session. Discovery Sessions are available in person or by phone; not by travel. All other terms apply.
SERVICE REFUND POLICY
All services including packages and programs are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason.
PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All packages are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. By accepting the terms and agreements, you have authorized Access Possibilities to charge your credit card for any unpaid charges set forth herein in accordance with the terms of the contract. All payments must be completed, even if client chooses not to complete package sessions. Package sessions must be completed within 90 Days. Complimentary rapid decision bonus only available to clients who return the enrollment agreement and down payment by 5 PM PT the day the offer is made. Package offer expires within 7 days or when client capacity is reached, whichever comes first.
PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All programs are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. By accepting the terms and agreements, you have authorized Access Possibilities to charge your credit card for any unpaid charges set forth herein in accordance with the terms of the contract. All payments must be completed, even if client chooses not to complete program. Program must be completed within 90 days. Complimentary rapid decision bonus only available to clients who return the enrollment agreement and down payment by 5 PM PT the day the offer is made. Program offer expires within 7 days or when the program reaches capacity, whichever comes first.
SECTION 5F – EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Event Terms and Conditions apply to all events (events, classes, workshops, seminars) held by Julie D. Mayo, Access Possibilities and all subsidiaries, online or in person.
MEDIA RELEASE
All Access Possibilities classes are recorded for audio and made available to participants. Online Classes and some selected others are also filmed, with the cameras generally focused on the facilitator. The disclaimer is a legal requirement that assists us in providing class material both to participants and a larger audience.
I acknowledge and agree that Access Possibilities, (9023 Kimo Street, Las Vegas, NV 89123, United States of America) and/or its affiliates ("Access Possibilities") may make video and/or audio recordings (“Recordings”) of the classes, workshops, and events in which I am registering, whether on www.AccessPossibilities.com or otherwise (“Access Possibilities Classes”).
As a preliminary agreement to register for Access Possibilities Classes and for other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant Access Possibilities a royalty-free, non-revocable, transferable right, in perpetuity, anywhere in the world to:
- Record me, my name, my likeness and my voice, by any technology or means, while attending or participating in one or more Access Possibilities Classes; and
- Save, copy, edit, display, distribute, sell and use (collectively, “Use”) such Recordings in any manner or form whatsoever, including, but not limited to, in promotional and marketing materials.
- Take pictures of me during classes and use them for promotion of Access Possibilities on their website, social media, in books and printouts.
I understand and agree that all Access Possibilities companies and/or its affiliates may Use the Recordings in composite or edited forms, and I hereby waive my right to inspect or approve any version(s), including the finished version(s), of such Recordings, including written copies, quotes or transcripts that may be created in connection therewith. I also acknowledge and agree that these audio and video records are used for educational and training purposes and that other participants view the records; in this context, I waive my personal intellectual property rights (image and audio).
This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada without giving effect to principles of conflicts of laws.
I have read this Release, fully understand its terms and understand that I am voluntarily giving up certain rights available to me by law, including, but not limited to, any and all rights to fees or compensation from the Use of the Recordings by Access Possibilities or its owners, officers, managers, employees, contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, successors, assigns, agents, and representatives, including without limitation, Julie D. Mayo (collectively, the “Released Parties”) for any and all purposes.
I understand that I can revoke these rights until the beginning of each class, zoom or telecall by informing the registration staff accordingly. I understand further that all classes are recorded and I, therefore, will not be able to ask questions in class and have to make sure of my own risk that I am not in a captured area of a video or a picture.
I acknowledge that I have the right to be informed which of my data are collected, used, consulted or otherwise processed and to what extent the personal data are or will be processed. Therefore, Access Possibilities is obliged to respond to my request without undue delay and at the latest within one month.
Access Possibilities respects that natural persons have to have control of their own personal data. Regardless of the transfer of my rights, I am still allowed to participate in the class, zoom or telecall and understand that therefore I have to contribute to protecting my own rights. In class, I have to wear a sign provided by the staff at the entrance to show that I don’t want to be recorded or photographed.
I acknowledge that by registering, booking, purchasing or attending any event I hereby waive, release and forever discharge the Released Parties from any claims, demands or causes of action I may have arising out of or in connection with the Released Parties’ Use of the Recordings to the greatest extent allowed by law.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Every effort has been made to accurately represent the potential of our programs, services and events. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire, motivation, and action taken.
COMMUNICATIONS
Upon registration or attendance of any event, or upon purchase of any merchandise, program, service or event, you grant Julie D. Mayo, Access Possibilities and/or any subsidiaries permission to contact you by phone and to send periodic email communications.
PURCHASES
By placing an order on this website, or upon purchase of any merchandise, program, service or event, or upon registration, attendance or participation of any event you agree to all policies set forth by Julie D. Mayo, Access Possibilities and all subsidiaries, including those above. By doing so on the behalf of a minor, you are agreeing to all policies on their behalf.
EVENT REFUND POLICY
Events are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason.
EVENT RENTAL EQUIPMENT
Fees for equipment rental including massage tables and zero gravity chairs are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason.
SECTION 5G – CLASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In addition to Event Terms and Conditions, Section 5G, the following Class Terms and Conditions apply to all classes (classes, workshops, seminars) held by Julie D. Mayo, Access Possibilities and all subsidiaries, online or in person.
CLASS RETURN POLICY
Classes are non-transferable for any reason. You can cancel your class prior to the start of class and penalties may apply. There are no refunds for classes in which you have already had access to details to attend class. Classes which have deposits required or accommodations included are not fully refundable or transferable and fees may apply. A refund of a live class that has started and been attended by a customer is only possible if the class is an Access Consciousness class and is cancelled by lunchtime of Day 1. Refunds for live classes must be requested before lunch on the first day of class or within 4 hours from the start of class, whichever comes first. All class materials must be surrendered immediately to receive refund. There is a 25% refund fee applied to all class refunds. In addition, Bank fees, credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc., deducted from the refunded amount on the customer’s end are not refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the start of class and will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to the start of class have missed the cancellation policy threshold and will be charged the full amount of class, no exceptions. Classes paid for in advance and cancelled 24 hours or less prior to the start of class or are not attended are non-refundable. All no-shows are non-refundable. There is a 20% refund fee applied to all class refunds in addition to any cancellation fees that may apply. In addition, Bank fees, credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc., deducted from the refunded amount on the customer’s end are not refundable.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

In no case shall Access Possibilities, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
