Consciousness The Ultimate Operating System is an introduction to tools and processes that will assist you in removing programs that no longer serve you so that you can begin to know what is actually true for you. What if it was possible to function from consciousness rather then the limited programs that ae currently running the show?
You are an infinite being. You are a conscious being. As an infinite being know exactly what will work for you. As an infinite being you have the capacity to perceive, know, be and receive everything. Though sometimes, actually quite often, our mind gets in the way of our knowing. Our mind gets in the way of us functioning from consciousness.
We haven’t been taught to acknowledge that we know, and how to access that knowing. This reality is more about “you don’t know" and "you can’t know.”
We have been exposed to programming since long before our conception. We even carry programming that we acquired in previous lifetimes with us. When we embody in this reality, we not only bring previous programming with us, we tend to function from thoughts, feelings, emotions, which are the lower harmonics of being. Because of this, we are at the effect of our environment. We are at the effect of the world around us.
What if there is a different possibility available?

During this introductory class your facilitator, Julie D. Mayo, will present some of the basic tools of Access Consciousness® and introduce you to Access Bars®, a dynamic and easy-to-learn hands-on body process.

You can ask any question during class! Each class is co-created with everyone who chooses to come to that particular class. No two Access classes are ever the same.
