Created by Julie D. Mayo, an Energetic Synthesis of Embodiment Session (ESE) is an energetic session designed to create a greater connection between you, your body, the earth and the universe. During this session Julie will facilitate and empower you to step into and be the magic, miracle, potency and possibility you and your body truly be. Each session is unique, depending on what the recipient requires and asks for at the time of the session.

Energetic Synthesis of Embodiment Sessions are available via videoconference. Allow up to 40 minutes for your session.
