Our Trauma Release Program fosters a holistic approach that focuses on releasing the effects of any trauma you have experienced. Our holistic program also focuses on personal growth and development which allows each participant to learn and implement new life skills and career skills.
This program is tailored for each individual that enters the program so that we can address the issues each individual is experiencing and also focus on prevention. No matter what type of symptoms you are experiencing, we can support you on your journey and help you create the change you desire.
Whether you are looking to release recent trauma, trauma that you experienced years ago, or you'd like to prevent or eliminate post-traumatic stress and related symptoms and triggers, this program may be just what you are looking for.
Our Trauma Release Program Includes:
- 12 - 90 minute sessions (1 session per week via videoconference)*
- Session Recordings
- Clearing Loops
- Homeplay as assigned
Each session is a combination of coaching facilitation and verbal processing. Learn pragmatic tools that you’ll have for a lifetime. The combination of Verbal Processing with Facilitation goes far beyond traditional coaching, therapy or counseling to create dynamic change and give you lasting results quicker and easier than traditional methods.
