Your Body Knows with Julie D. Mayo | Online Video Class

Your Body Knows created by Julie D. Mayo is an introductory class designed to give you the awareness that there is a different possibility available for you and your body. What if what goes on in our bodies is not what we've been told? And, what if changing it doesn't come from what we typically think is required? Would you be willing to listen to your body?

During this Body Whispering Class Body Whispering Facilitator Julie D. Mayo will present a totally different perspective about you and your body and give you some pragmatic tools so that you can begin to open up a dialog with your body. What is your body telling you?

Day Of Class

CLASS FORMAT: ONLINE VIDEO CLASS
Participate in a real-time online video class via video conference using your computer, phone or device.

CLASS INFORMATION & LINK
Online class information and link will be sent out to all registered and pre-paid participants.

DURING CLASS
Be sure to join the class early, prior to the class start time. Keep your camera on throughout class so Julie can see the whites of your beautiful eyes. Keep yourself muted unless you are asking a question and mute yourself again afterwards to help ensure a clean class recording.
